1. A SMALL BELIEF CAN DO EVERYTHING
This is the best short story for kids. It will teach you how a belief can do impossible things possible. Let’s begin the journey of stories with me.
Once upon a time, there was a saint who lived on another side of the river. A small family also lived in that village but another side from saint.
One of the family members used to go to another side of the river for giving milk to a saint on daily basis. The saint every time prayed to God to fulfill his wish. His wish was to walk on River and for this, he prayed to god for many years.
One day there was no elder in the house who could go to the saint’s house. So, Mother sent her daughter to the saint’s house. When the small girl reached the saint’s house then the girl told the saint that she could not come the next day due to bad weather.
The saint gave a sentence to the small girl and told her that chanting this sentence while passing the river, helped her to walk on the river.
The small girl came back to her home and all conversion shared her mother. The mother told her daughter that there would a risk of trying this sentence and might be it would not work.
But the girl had trust in the saint and his sentence that she would walk on the river by chant the sentence.
The next day, the small girl went to the saint’s house by walking on the river. When she reached the saint’s house then the saint surprised that his sentence is working and god accepted his wish.
After that, the small girl went back to her home and the saint thought to walk on the river too.
When the saint tried to walk on the river but he couldn’t walk on the river and sink in the water. Now, you all are thinking that how a girl walks on the river by saint’s sentence and why the saint’s himself sink.
The Reason is Girl had a belief in Saint that she definitely achieved the goal. But the saint was not fully trusted in his sentence so he sank.
Moral of the Story: If you want to succeed in your life then must be confident that you definitely achieve your goal in your life 100%.
2. A POOR BOY BECOMES IAS OFFICER
Hello Dear Friends, Today we are sharing one of the short stories for kids in english with moral. A Poor Boy whose name was Karan lived in a village with his mother and his father was no more.
His mother was so hardworking and did housework for other people in his village to her family’s survival.
Karan studied every time and wanted to Become an I.A.S officer.
When Karan’s mom went to other houses for work, Karan also went with her and read newspapers at that time. One day, a woman asked, why are reading a newspaper, this all has no benefit for you, you should help your mother with her work.
Karan replied, we have no so much money to buy books so, I enhance my knowledge by reading Newspaper.
Then that woman laughed at him that how a poor boy gets a job as an IAS officer.
But Karan didn’t care about her words and continue his studying as it was.
Karan always got the first position in his class and after the completion of the 12th, his teacher said, I will send you to Delhi for higher studies and pay fees for the preparation of the IAS officer Exam.
Karan went outside his village and studied for many hours continuously. On the day of the exam, when he crossed the road, he got an accident with the car.
His right hand was not moving but he thought that if he would go to the hospital then he would not give the exam and the whole year would go in vain. So he decided to go for an exam and gave his exam from his left hand.
After the exam, he went to the hospital and admitted himself there but still, he studied there.
Then he gave an interview and went back to his village. After some months, his mom bought a newspaper for checking the results. When he saw the result, he was surprised because he was selected and got the position of IAS officer. This made her mother feel proud of his son.
Moral of the Story- Don’t care about the people that they are laughing or not, only replied them with your results. Make yourself a capable person with your Hardwork that nobody dares to laugh at you.
3. SHOULD NOT HURT ANYONE!
This is a heart-touching short story for kids about a poor man. Poor Man did not have money to feed his family. He went to the river for fishing and for a whole day, he caught a fish.
When he came back home, a strong man came near him and snatched the fish from his hands. Poor Man started crying before him and said, ” I have only this fish to feed my family”. Please return me. But Strong Man denied and didn’t give him fish back. Poor Man was weak and not able to fight with Strong Man.
When Strong Man was going to his home after snatching fish, the fish’s teeth hit his finger. After that, he felt pain in his finger and went to Dr for treatment. Dr. bandaged the finger. But his pain didn’t go. He again went to Dr. and Dr said, “We have to cut your finger because the poison has spread in your finger.” Strong Man had to get his finger cut from the Dr. After some days, he again got pain in his hand, he went to Dr. and Dr. bandaged his hand.
But the same case repeated, his pain didn’t go. He again went to Dr. and Dr said, “We have to cut your hand because the poison has spread in your hand.” Unfortunately, Dr. had to cut the strong man’s hand but even that, he didn’t get relief from pain, and at last, his arm is also cut to stop the spreading in his body.
Then someone asked him, “Did you hurt someone, maybe someone curses you.” Strong Man realized that he hurt the poor man, maybe this was the reason for his situation.
He started to find the poor man and finally, he met him and apologized and asked him, “what did you say at that time when I snatched fish?”
The Poor Man replied,” He only said to God, this strong man shows me his power and now you show him your power.
Moral of the Story– Don’t take the wrong benefit of your power, Help everyone and must not hurt anybody. Earn Blessings, not Curse.
